A autoresponder in a nutshell is a program or service that can send emails to your customers automatically once you set up the emails in place. You can prepare weeks or even months of email message in advance and just schedule them to be delivered to your customers. By using a autoresponder for your service, you put your business in on autopilot and leave you more time on focusing on the important parts of your business.

Autoresponders are designed to respond automatically to any email they receive with an instant reply that you set beforehand. Imagine the countless hours you save from having to reply to each and every customer. The time and efficiency that you deliver response to your customer is extremely important in ensuring your business’s customer service and support stands out from the rest of the competition.

Depending on your requirements, there are free autoresponders available if you want to save costs initially. However, I would advise you to get a paid service in the first place or as soon as possible as soon as possible once you make some money. The reason why I advocate going for the paid option in the first place is because your customers need to opt in again to your autoresponder. Most of the time, you will lose a number of customers.
