Internet marketing is gaining popularity among individuals and small business as a way to market and promote their products and services. There are many benefits for a business or individual to leverage on the internet to market their products and services.
Firstly, as internet access is cheap and readily available, more and more people have access to the internet. As a result, individuals and businesses have access to a large and global base of customers. Local businesses in the past will be hard pressed to market their products and services pass their locality, however the appearance of the internet change all those factors that make it hard for business to bypass their local customer base.

While I do not profess to be making tons of money online (Well, not at the moment at least! 
), I do know quite a fair bit when it comes to making some decent amount of money online. That is why I always got a lot of questions and surprise looks from friends whenever I told them I’m making a bit of passive income off the internet. And one of the regular questions that I often get is “How to Make Money Online for Beginners”
While I happy to share with them the details of making money online, it started to dawn on me that instead of having to explain each and every time I have a gathering, why not get it down into writing and post it on my blog for them to read. Come to think of it, it could be a good way to drive traffic and at the same time explain to friends and others how to make money online if they are beginners.
Information Overload And How To Deal With It!
As a newbie, information overload is one of the biggest hurdles one has to overcome. At the very minimum it can cause you to lose precious time and stall your progress, If you are not careful it can even make you give up on your internet business in totality. I was once a newbie and information overload is something that nearly caused me to give up and walk away from the internet arena.
That is why it is very important for you if you are a newbie or struggling to make money online to take note of this “evil”. I call it an “evil” because it can break you if you are not able to overcome it. Even though I don’t consider myself a newbie anymore, I still have to constantly remind myself to focus on my goal instead of diverting from it.
Can You Really Make Money Blogging?
If you are new to blogging and making money online, you may find it hard to believe that there are people who do this full time for a living and they are making good money out of it. Unless, you have been online for a period of time, you will never be able to understand how ordinary people can make a full time income through blogging. As a newbie, it is very easy to get overwhelm by the sheer number of ways to make money online. Each money making model or method seems to be better and more promising than the next. The situation is not help by some unscrupulous marketers who take advantage of newbies’ naivety and greed and come up with products, services and systems that promised the sky but deliver precisely little.
As a result, you will find a lot of newbies flirting from opportunities to opportunities in the hope of finding the one which can make them millions but most will end up disappointed and some end up giving up on making money online which is a real pity. That is why it is important for you if you are new online to focus on one money making model at a time. Finding a profitable niche to target is something that proves to be very elusive for many new internet marketers. Most new internet marketers will most likely go to the first niche that they come into contact with especially the “Make Money Online” niche. While there is no denying the “Make Money Online” niche is a very profitable and lucrative market, it is also the most competitive and hard market to break into. Thus for “newbies”, it is not advisable to go into the “Make Money Online” niche till you have some experience under your belt.
