They have over 150 employees to provide round the clock support which is a very crucial factor when selecting a web host.
Each web hosting plan comes with a 45 day money back guarantee and 99.9% uptime guarantee. There’s even a guarantee that should you have a problem with their regular support, you can requested for the company’s owner Brent to reply to your questions. I have not gone down this route yet and I hope not to use this option in the future.
As with all the top web hosting companies, the normal features are all there in their hosting plans. Besides their customer service levels, I also like their live chat (must have) feature and their community forums whereby you can get your queries and support questions answered fast. All in all, Hostgator is a great value for money web hosts offering a range of features for both experienced and new webmasters alike.
