BlueHost was one of my first web hosts and I would say that so far they did not disappoint me. In terms of customer service and technical support, I would rate them as one of the best if the best web host that I have sign up with so far.

Besides that, BlueHost have one of the cheapest web hosting plans on the market. While its hosting plan is one of the cheapest, it does not do away with the performance and features. In fact, from what I’ve seen so far, the hosting plan exceeds all expectations. I also like the live chat feature and the community forum where you can get a response to your queries fast.

The only grief that I have with BlueHost is that they have only one hosting plan and they do not have any upgrade plans to a virtual or dedicated server. This is a big disadvantage if you have a high traffic site or running numerous scripts in a shared hosting environment. Most likely you will be forced to move to another web host. And if you are setting up a web site that you think will explode in traffic in a couple of months, it would be better for you to decide on a web host that has other bigger hosting plan in place.

Otherwise, Bluehost has been the perfect web host for me so far and I highly recommend them to everyone. So if you are looking for a new web host that can deliver above expectations and offers reliable and cheap web hosting, look no further from BlueHost.
