Make Money With Blogs – Online Money Making Models

There are many ways in which one can monetize and profit from a blog. However, that’s not the main reason why blogs remains one of my favorite ways to make money online. A blog is very easy to set up especially if you use WordPress as your blogging platform. The best part of it is that WordPress is a free blogging software.
Even though WordPress is essentially a blogging software, it is powerful and flexible enough to be used as a content management system (CMS). Besides that, the easy availability of free plugins and themes make WordPress the most ideal software for building websites of any nature.
A blog can be monetized through many channels such as:
1. Advertising
If you have a blog with decent traffic, you can monetize it through selling of advertisement space on your blogs. Advertisers will pay a premium for blogs that have high levels of traffic and traffic that converts well.
2. Affiliate Marketing
Through your blogs, and especially if you have loyal following of readers, you can try recommending products or services to your readers in return for a referral fee. The key point is not to overdo it and only recommends products or services that you genuinely believe in.
3. Google Adsense
Google Adsense remains one of the most popular ways for bloggers to monetize their blogs. It is very easy to sign up for a Google Adsense account and besides that; setting up of Google Adsense ads is very easy.
4. Paid Postings / Reviews
Paid postings or reviews are another popular and easy way for bloggers to make money. How much you can make through paid reviews is dependent on a number of factors such as traffic and especially page rank. The higher your page rank, the more amount you will get for each paid posting or review.
5. Selling text links
Selling of text links is actually prohibited by Google. The key is to do it discretely and through established companies such as Text Link Ads. Another way is that you can try selling text links through your own blog.
Now you can see why blogs remains one of the best and most popular money making models online. There are probably more ways you can monetize through a blog, but these few ways should at the very minimum get you thinking of starting a blog if you do not currently have one.

As one of the earliest web hosting companies, HostMonster has been providing affordable and features rich web hosting services to businesses and individuals alike since 1996. With over 400,000 domains hosted on their own servers and data centers, it is no wonder HostMonster is one of the biggest web hosting companies around. Their popularity stems not only from their competitive pricing of their hosting plan but also due to the fact they offer superior customer service and support.
HostMonster has only one hosting plan just like Bluehost. Their web hosting package is very affordable especially if you go for a long term package. Considering the amount of features include in their web hosting package, it is great value for money.

HostMonster is a highly regarded web hosting company with excellent customer service and support. It is not strange considering both HostMonster and Bluehost share the same parent company. Their shared hosting plans are very similar in terms of pricing, configuration and support. Bluefish Hosting is a small web hosting company based in Sothern Utah. This web hosting company is different from other mainstream web hosting companies due to the fact it was started by some web hosting geeks to provide a more superior level of customer service and support than bigger web hosting companies.
Bluefish Hosting commitment to their superior customer service and support can be seen the moment you sign up for their hosting plan. Their support team will call you up to confirm your order and answer any queries that you may have. Bluefish has only one shared hosting plan for webmasters and it is priced very competitively at$6.95.
Web Hosting Package Features:
• $6.95 / Month
• 1 Free Domain
• 1500 Gig Storage
• 15000 Gig Bandwidth
• Unlmited Email Accounts
• Unlimited FTP Accounts
• SSL Secure Server
• SSI Support
• vDeck Control Panel
• 30 Day Moneyback Guarantee
• Toll Free Phone Support
However, one thing may not be in their favor is that their support time frame is limited between 8am to 6pm Mountain Time and they are also closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. For webmasters who are in a different time zone, this may pose a problem when you need to get your issues settle as soon as possible.
