My name is Albert and I’m the owner of this blog.

Here’s a little bit of info about myself.

I live in a tiny island city in the backwaters of South East Asia. Currently 31 years old, I’m married to a wonderful lady who has borne me 2 lovely and beautiful kids. During my free time, I love to read, watch movies and Hong Kong dramas and go for long walks with my beloved half. My interest besides the above mentioned are soccer, video and computer gaming and aquatic fishes.

Even though I rarely have much time to indulge in most of my interests anymore, I still find time to read as I feel that through reading, one can acquired knowledge to move on to the next stage. My reading genre are very broad, ranging from fantasy authors like Raymond E Feist, Margaret Weis and RA Salvatore to self help books from authors like Napaleon Hill, Stephen R Covey, Dale Carnagie and John C Maxwell to business books from Jay Conrad Levinson and others.

I started dabbling in internet marketing back in June 2006. Initially, I was just exploring the possibility of making some money online. I did a lot of research and reading up, trying to get hold of what the internet marketing hype are all about.

The more I read the more excited I became. :twisted: I also become more confused!

Why? I’m sure that most of you when starting out also feel that way too. You heard of the term “Information Overload”. You are bombarded by so much information on online opportunities that you don’t know how to start, where to start and what to do! Sounds familiar right! :)

It reach a point where I was just lapping up every tiny bit of information in sight. But you asked yourself what’s the point of reading and gaining so much knowledge if you are not putting them into use.

I also bought into countless programs, e-books, softwares and products that promised you instant riches and tested them out. Most of them don’t work if you ask me. As a matter of fact, the ones that truly worked are those that stressed on having a solid business plan, stick to it and persist till you succeed.

Really if you think that online business is easy and you can get rich fast, this is nothing further from the truth. Your end results will be equivalent to the amount of time and effort you put into your online business.

I’ve yet to reach a stage that allows me to quit my full time job but I’m working towards that goal. Right now, I have been making consistent amount of money due to months of efforts and I’m starting to see good results coming in.
